While students were relaxing in their dorm rooms at Ferrum College, roughly two inches of snow fell from late Jan. 27 to the early morning of Jan. 28, creating beautiful views outside of their windows. For the first time this school year students were on campus to witness a snowfall that accumulated and stayed on the ground throughout the week. Following this initial snowfall, roughly another three inches of snow then fell throughout the day of Jan. 31, bringing to Ferrum a long moment of peace.
